Ukraine ranks sixth in Europe, by stocks of industrial wood. In Ukraine, planting dominated by precious woods occupy 88,6% of forest area. Among them, 33.6% form of pine, oak - 24.4%, and beech - 7.4%. Forest Class 2 (commercial) use up 40.7% of the forested area.
