Based on the simultaneous use of high-frequency electromagnetic field and a vacuum, was developed MGHPG-0060-LX ™. The laboratory experimental equipment was used to test the feasibility of the process before the company launches AIM Wood UG developing an industrial sized prototype. The tests carried out on loads of 3 m3 of planks 27 to 300 mm thick (Scots pine, spruce-fir) reveal a drying time of 18 hours against six days for the processes currently used. Energy ratios are between 1.6 and 2 kWh / kg of water extracts against 3-6 kWh / kg for current technologies.
